Hi Jacquie

Sorry for the late reply to last month's post... I never knew it was there!

I love this creative group so much and feel we lose out because the system doesn't seem to report any activity to email addresses outside the website itself.

THANK YOU for your positive comments about my work. I really appreciate it.

Will you share with me what you have been doing lately? Can we breathe life back into this website again?

Your 'less than traditional' quilts are delightful! Do you know the magazines Quilting Arts and Cloth, Paper scissors? Have you thought of joining the Quilt Art list? Your work would fit right in!

I recognize some of your off-beat materials but not all. Are most of them recycled usually thrown away materials? Do you fuse as well as stitch or use some kind of glue?

You certainly do have fun with them!

I'd be interested in comments from you about my 'less than traditional' quilting... thanks!

This is what I am working on today. 4 tea-towels depicting scenes I have photographed and then drawn. These will be quilted to hang on a wall, or I may put the quilts onto pillow cases and sit on them!

This is one of two with writing on them. Tracey Emin style but no tent.

Hi! I guess mostly I am stitching patches and dolls. The trend in doll quilts is catching my interest, there are a bunch of amazing people making little quilts. Hopefully I can make something for a swap. Honestly, I love any sewing; I get excited replacing a button!
