Your right, a blog or journal of any kind is a great way to express whatever is going on....a writer for years i didn't keep one, oh, i tried but i'm so distracted i never seem to stay with one thing...However during a separation a year ago i kept a journal and it helped not only in the writing but in being able to go back a week and see where i was and how my thoughts had become more in order, more sensible and stronger the next entry....keep up the writing because like feelings it is all you and it's never not right with anyone but you....I know how you feel as i could edit my writings and now my photos till the cows come home and it wouldn't sit right with me....lol...i think that's called a perfectionist...lol

You have to try that tea....i can't find it here right now...I think I told too many people about it, but over Christmas I was in Sudbury and hit the grocery store to snatch the last two boxes on the shelf...felt like i had struck gold...lol....
Have to admit though i'm not usually a huge tea drinker, or maybe it's the commercial herbal type teas that have turned me off, but this one is great!.
Thanks for your comments on my photographs...i've always been fascinated with taking shots of neat things i see...even though i made my living as a writer i could never get the right words down to describe what i saw so photos are meant to fill in the gaps...then again i never feel like i really got the best shot...too much of a perfectionist that i have but one photograph framed on my wall...got a box of frames though...
Kudos to you for pursuing the writing....i've always wanted to do that as well but when i left my job due to my health i stopped...perhaps this blogging adventure will get me motivated again...
Thanks for befriending me too! lol

My nephew lives in New Brunswick! and I want to try this chocolate chai. sounds divine.

In other news, Steph: are you in the "CB Writing Group" that I've heard so much about? Possibly?

And I love your stare and cloche.

Profile Information

About Me:
The picture above is my Writing Face, as taken with the camera in my Macbook. Note the utterly unimpressed look as I glare the Word Count Beast into submission.
I am, in no particular order: a speculative fiction writer, a painter, an amateur boxer, a knitter, a baker, a hockey fan, a crocheter, a mixed martial arts enthusiast, an indiscriminate reader, a devourer of quality comics and graphic novels, and one of those people who yells at the television when the athletes on it refuse to do as I command them.
I am a Newfie recently arrived in Cape Breton by way of Ontario (we took the long way around), and I have four tattoos, three very large cats, two piercings, and a boyfriend who lovingly puts up with my terrible temper and my attempts at knitting things for him.
Creative Interests
Writing, painting, drawing, knitting, crocheting, baking, adapting to Cape Breton's unique driving rules.
Other Interests
Boxing, grappling, mixed martial arts, hockey, reading, incredibly bad television, and trying new forms of tea.
Relationship Status:
Wildly, madly, irrevocably in love.
