Hey Guys and Gals!

Thanks for all your lovely messages of support after the disappointment I had that my Fine Art Degree marks were referred. I did gain a First for my dissertation which is something to make me very proud!

I had feedback (in Fine Art jargon) that my research and development notes were not up to their standards and I can re-submit my sketchbooks in September if I want them to reconsider my grade. I must admit that my confidence has taken a beating and if I am to eat humble pie and fight their decision with new work it's not going to be easy to work out what they really want from me.

Anyway - here in the U.K. our brave weather forecasters have been promising us a heatwave this Summer. What they failed to advise was that torrential rain that was going to interupt the lovely sunshine! Grrrrrrrrrrrr! :-)

I've been working on some journalism, job-hunting and catching up with friends and family. The creative side of my life has yet to reawaken fully but watch this space for any new developments!
